Received my first time cut at the Spot, with Nick. After trying two other places in Gainseville, I’ve found my home. He is meticulous, talented and both professional and incredible to talk to. I’ve lived in a lot of places, and can safely say that this experience ranks as one of the best. The space is open, clean and has personality. Worth paying a few more dollars than other shops in the area if you value high quality work, an elite level of craftsmanship and good conversation.

THE BEST barbershop 💈 I’ve ever gone to. Nick was very professional and friendly. I showed him a picture that I pulled from my phone and he replicated the haircut. I would give these guys 10 stars if I could. He made me coffee and washed my hair. I’m so glad I found a barber that I trust and will always come back and recommend this place for all my friends.

Nick always knows how to do the best scissor cuts every single time. I showed him an inspo pic of a layered scissor cut, and that is exactly what he gave me. He takes time to section the hair and makes sure that everything is even and textured. Highly recommend.

Honestly, I arrived having not a clue So much as to what I wanted as I haven't had a style in years. I showed the Michael Davis some pictures between what I liked and what my husband liked. Then, talked about styles. I previously had that I had really liked. By the time we were done I ended up with long layers in a butterfly Fringe. Absolutely beautiful, and I couldn't be more happy. I ultimately left my hair and Michael's hands and he a hundred percent came through. Not only did Michael shampoo condition and give my hair a treatment, but he provided the most wonderful Scalp and shoulder massage. Honestly, I was so happy. I was in tears, and I felt so wonderful about myself. I would recommend Michael a thousand times over.
